Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by location. We offer same day delivery for shoppers around Nairobi and next day delivery for shoppers outside Nairobi. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

Order cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within a few hours. Once the packaging delivery process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size. please contact us soonest.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fee varies by location. For shoppers outside Nairobi the parcel fee is Kshs 300 and for shoppers in Nairobi, below is the delivery fee chart
